PE Kit Requirements

Please see Hinchingbrooke's PE uniform below. Students should bring the appropriate PE kit for the activity they will be doing. Please ask your PE teacher if you are unsure what equipment is needed.

If a student is injured or unable to physically participate in PE, we kindly ask that a parent/carer issues a note in the students' planner identifying the reason they are unable to take part. Students are expected to still bring their PE kit and get changed for the lesson, as they will be taking on a different role such as officiating or coaching. This will also keep their uniform clean and dry to get changed into at the end of the lesson. Thank you for your understanding.

Boy's PE Kit

Compulsory

  • HBK PE Top and/or Long Sleeve Rugby Top
  • HBK PE Shorts
  • HBK PE House Socks
  • Trainers
  • Gum Shield (For Rugby and Hockey)
  • Shin Pads (For Hockey and Football)

Advised

  • HBK PE Jacket
  • Boots
  • Under/Base Layers
  • Swimming Trunks (PE shorts can be used)
Girl's PE Kit

Compulsory

  • HBK PE Top and/or Long Sleeve Rugby Top
  • HBK PE Shorts and/or Skort
  • HBK PE House Socks
  • Trainers
  • Gum Shield (For Rugby and Hockey)
  • Shin Pads (For Hockey and Football)
  • Swimsuit

Advised

  • HBK PE Jacket
  • Boots
  • Under/Base Layers
  • Leggings can be worn under shorts/skort
Not Allowed
  • Jewellery must be removed
  • Piercings must be removed
  • Tights cannot be worn
  • Hair must be tied up if shoulder-length or longer
  • No socks other than house socks can be worn
  • Air forces cannot be worn as trainers
